Stone wool lamella mats Larock 40 ALS are laminated with aluminium foil reinforced with a glass grid on one side and are water repellent on the entire section.
Larock 40 ALS is the most suitable material for thermal insulation of the heat , ventilation and air-conditioning ducts, hot water boilers, pipes and technical installations. The vertical fiber orientation and the lower nominal density leads to high resistance on mechanical loads, providing at the same time the necessary flexibility for installation even on the elbows and flanges. Outer foil temperature must be limited to 100⁰C. The joints of the mats are securely taped with self-adhesive aluminium tape.
